Hi Emma, thank you for contacting me. I don’t sell meal plans if this is what you are looking for. I wouldn’t recommend buying a meal plan since it is not a long term and sustainable.
However you can apply form my 12-week program and change your relationship with food for long term. It took us time to create bad habits, it also takes time to create healthy ones. Without drastically changing your lifestyle. It focuses on you, your needs and your availability.
