Hatha yoga classes in Spanish.
45 minute individual class to connect with your body and your breath and find out what you need at this moment. I prepare the practices according to the needs you have and your objectives. The practice will also be adapted to your body (for example, if you have pain in one shoulder, we will avoid postures that imply putting weight on it, or we will adapt the postures to allow us to work it from the care, not on demand).
If you want, you can start and finish with breathing exercises and meditation.

Hi!
I am Marta, from Spain. I teach hatha yoga online. I love to share a practice than can help you feel grounded and grow. We will work on creating space for whatever is to come. I will adapt the practice to your body so everything feels good and safe. For me, practicing yoga made a difference in every aspect of my life, that is why I love to share it, so it can go beyond the mat.
