45 minute individual class to connect with your body and your breath and find out what you need at this moment. I prepare the practices according to the needs you have and your objectives. The practice will also be adapted to your body (for example, if you have pain in one shoulder, we will avoid postures that imply putting weight on it, or we will adapt the postures to allow us to work it from the care, not on demand).
If you want, you can start and finish with breathing exercises and meditation.
