Those hard feelings of stress, worry and anxiety about the future are rampant in the world right now. Wondering what to do and how to solve it all can leave you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. It's not easy carrying a load like that around every day. The problem is the moment you feel like that, your brain goes into survival mode and makes it harder to problem solve or reason out solutions. It can feel like you're caught in a trap.
During our session, I'll explain the effects of stress on your body and mind so you can understand why you're feeling like that then I'll teach you a simple self help tool to reduce your stress levels right away. We will then look at what issues you are struggling with and when you're ready we'll work on resolving those for you. I offer a range of therapeutic modalities, which I can emply during our session to ensure you get the best service to meet your particular needs.
