Understanding Chakras is an integral part of Reiki and Reiki healing. It is believed that each of us has Chakra energy centers in our bodies. Seven main Chakra centers to be exact with each one relating to a specific location, function, and color. Chakras circulate the life force energy throughout our bodies which in turn keeps us centered and balanced. If even one of the chakras is running at a low level of energy it can create problems with the natural flow of our other chakras. Reiki Masters can provide significant benefits to clients when applying Chakra balancing. By working on the Chakra areas, Reiki Masters can get the Universal Life Force Energy flowing again which causes the Chakra centers to start moving, removing slow or stuck energy.
Reiki works wonders on stress symptoms. It also boosts your body’s ability to heal. It Increases immune system strength. It shifts the stress response of “fight or flight” to a deep relaxation response and helps restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit. Instead of headaches and angry outbursts, Reiki can help you enjoy living your life to the fullest. It may potentially reduce blood pressure, heart rate and stress hormones from the relaxation response. Reiki energies have a high, healthy positive frequency and potency. Reiki can be used on its own for enhanced wellness or in conjunction with traditional medicine anytime. Reiki treatments provide relaxation, Chakra balancing, as well as stress reduction and pain relief. Reiki has a robust flow of positive energy and can bring an immediate sensation of comfort. Distant Reiki attunements also give you the same benefits of an in-house Reiki session. Space does not limit the healing ability of Reiki. Distance Reiki attunements can be performed on anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Hello! I’ve been dealing with insomnia recently. I’ve already tried yoga, Swedish massage and self-massage to reduce the stress but nothing worked. Do you think a session of guided meditation would help? If so, how many sessions are necessary to start noticing the results? Thanks in advance!
