Life coaching is about helping the client make decisions and use strategies to get the life they want to live. It is usually done in a series of sessions - with targets and goals for the client. A client usually says what their problem is - e.g. procrastination or not knowing how to move forward in life and the life coach helps them find the answer and put it into practice. It would be normal for the life coach to check in with the client to make sure they are managing to make the changes and to offer them help to make those changes. 6 sessions can be weekly or fortnightly to help the client have enough time to make changes.
