Plant-based/vegan nutritionist specializing in mindful eating, plant-based/vegan eating, treating metabolic diseases (diabetes, cardiovascular disease, heart attack, strokes, etc.), and digestive issues (IBS, IBD, SIBO, etc).

$125 per analysis (1 hour). In this “deep dive” we will look at your nutrition intake over a period of 2 weeks. This service requires you to keep a food log for a minimum of 2 weeks. We will look at your nutrient consumption from food and supplements and look for potentially problematic holes. (Insurance not accepted for this service)
Following up on the discoveries made during the intake, we will answer any questions you have, take a deeper dive into topics you struggle with, or come up with additional plans as needed. All follow up consults differ based on your unique circumstances. (Insurance accepted if you reside in Washington State)

Over eating is something i help my clients with regularly. I take a combined approach of nutrition education and dietary changes to help with meal satiation. In addition, I will walk you through a variety of mindfulness techniques to help you learn how to make more healthy decisions to control overeating.
Hi! You service sounds interesting but I’m not sure if it will work for me. Сan you tell if it will help a person suffering from overeating? I’m sure your advice will be halpfull anyway but if I’m suffering from overiting, I won’t see any result?
