Following up on the discoveries made during the intake, we will answer any questions you have, take a deeper dive into topics you struggle with, or come up with additional plans as needed. All follow up consults differ based on your unique circumstances. (Insurance accepted if you reside in Washington State)
$50 for 1 month, $125 for 3 months – Instead of a traditional consult, the Email Q&A is service where I answer specific questions about nutrition and integrative health that you would like answered. I take an evidence based approach and rely on research as much as possible to answer your questions. Unlike consults, I won’t be providing you with any sort of action plan or personalized nutrition advice (or access to my Fullscript dispensary), just the answers to the question asked. (Insurance not accepted)
A deep dive into your health history to determine where your current health is and to set up a game plan for our future work together on diet and lifestyle changes. We will go over the extensive intake form required for my services, to make sure no stone is left out. (Insurance accepted if you reside in Washington State)
