Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release (BBTRS) is a powerful way of releasing tension and frozen energy from your body. It works on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. During the session you may experience different kinds of emotions: sadness, fear, anger but also joy and bliss. This 3 month program is a deep dive of personal transformation. Are you ready to break through whatever it is that is holding you back from truly enjoying your life? Then this three month immersion is the place where to start learning this new skill set of self-love. But self-love that is as practical as taking showers and brushing your teeth. It’s about practicing emotional hygiene, learning about your boundaries, how to manage your energy, grounding, expanding, sharing authentically, and connecting to your spirit, aka what makes you feel lit up and joyful. It’s about learning how to discern the voices of ego and heart within yourself and unapologetically live your truth. In an embodied and compassionate way.
It includes 8 personal Embodiment/Breathwork Coaching sessions, weekly ongoing support, meditations and other resources.

I'll clue you into how your body is trying to communicate with you to get you to live your best human life and what you need to pay attention to when making big decisions. We'll feel into the energies around you and identify your next best steps toward your desired outcome.

This is a strategy session for your body and soul. My desire is to get you grounded and reoriented in your life so that you move into your highest timeline. We'll take into account where you are in your life, where you want to go, what's on your Human Design blueprint, and the higher guidance from the Akashic field, your higher self, and personal guide team.

How it works: I use Shamanic Journeying tools to connect with the space and with my guide and helpers. I then remote view the house clairvoyantly and intuitively so that I can remove and transmute energies from my clients’ living or work spaces to restore energy, harmony, peace, flow, and promote growth in their home and their lives.

Once this work is completed, clients often report feeling more grounded, relaxed, energised, and that they feel more harmonious energies in the home.

Working with clients remotely, I open sacred space and commune with the House, the Land Energy, and with Spirit to intuit what is needed. I ask for information and guidance for you in relation to your space. Then I rattle and sage the home, office, or building within sacred space remotely holding the vision of the space in my mind while I shamanically journey - meaning, I go into a mild trance state - to the Spirit world or ‘non-physical reality.’

I will conduct healing and clearing of the space, for removal of that which is not serving the highest good. I usually visualise each energy that is removed, enabling me to write a report about the experience.

This is a remote healing for any location. You receive a written report.
