Sorry for the delayed response Sherry. I am grateful to hear that you found the article interesting. The exercise you choose will be personal to what you prefer, be it walking, running, weights, other cardio or mindful movements such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong or Yoga. Personally, I prefer to do a mix of cardio and weights during the week after my first cup of tea to set me up for the day. I also find the routine helps keep me motivated and focused for the day. I also do mindful movements depending on my mood. These are excellent for managing stress and training the body and mind to focus on the present moment.
