My approach is quite holistic, which addresses the issue(s) at hand, from multiple perspectives. Hence, the techniques that I propose are a combination of Ayurveda, Mindfulness, Yoga, Pranayama, Mudras & in certain cases Marma (which is otherwise offered in Personal sessions only).
The limitations for now due to COVID are that, I have stopped In person sessions & only offer Online Consultation, hence the Marma applications (which are really powerful), are mostly left out.
