This coaching program is for active adults who are suffering from an injury or illness that is keeping them from participating in physical activities of any kind. Oftentimes, when faced with an injury, our main (or sometimes only) priority is to get our physical body recovered and back to performance level to continue to participate in the activities we love. The lack of attention to our emotional and mental wellbeing while in recovery, and the effect that losing our sport can have on us, can be detrimental to our healing progress and may cause us to rely on unhealthy coping mechanisms.
The intention of this program is to take a small step back from your physicality and reconnect with you identity and passions in other aspects of your life, identify and name challenges from your injury/illness, help you become more aware ofyour limitations and empower you to make decisions that will lead to health and longevity. Keeping focus on the future and moving forward, this program is not a replacement for therapies or grief recovery. It is however, a safe compassionate place to explore the complexities that come with being injured and help you see the growth potential hidden inside the challenge of physical limitations.
6 weeks of 1.5 hour sessions, along with unlimited text/email support.
This “Out for the Season” Coaching program is for the student athlete who is suffering from an injury or illness that is keeping them from participating in their chosen sport for a season, or the majority of. The intention of this program is to take a small step back from our physicality and reconnect with our identity and passions in other aspects of our lives, identify and name our challenges from our injury/illness, and return to our sport with a newfound appreciation and mental strength for the full spectrum of athleticism. Keeping our focus on the future and moving forward, this program is not a replacement for psychotherapies or grief recovery, however it is a safe, compassionate place to bond over shared experiences and grow within a community that truly understands the complexities of injuries, setbacks, and the “Love of the Sport”.
8 Weekly Two Hour Group Coaching Sessions4- 30 min. Individual Check-ins
6 week 1.5 hour 1-on-1 course for 14-25 year olds to cultivate their best life. Virtual or In Person options available.
Private yoga group for class on your time. Yoga, meditation, pranayama, journaling and yogic tradition. Monthly themed challenges! Community of support!
Do you find it hard to navigate life? Identifying potentials and challenges? Do you feel a need to know more about yourself, your present situation and, not least, what’s coming?
You are not alone with more and more people feeling just like you. We are alone in our quest to to create our own identity and to find meaning in it all. It is hard work and many of us could use a helping hand.
If you would like to know more about yourself, your present situation and, not least, your future, then a personal consultation is perhaps what you are looking for.
Is it about your romantic relationships? Your job? Buying property or moving house? Your financial situation? It is almost unlimited what a birth chart can reveal, and it is important that you have made up your mind about what it is you want or need from the consultation beforehand. By clearly defining two or three areas of focus, the consultation will be more to the point and much more meaningful.
A short résumé and the exact birth time and birth place provide for the best starting point for a fruitful dialogue. Even if the exact birth time is unavailable, it is still possible to have a rewarding consultation. It may not be as specific, but certainly still valuable.
Our future is already implicitly present in us and the birth chart can assist in revealing how it will transpire. However, your personal choices, not the horoscope, decide the actual outcome. The chart can guide you, but it can never dictate your life.
We do not concern ourselves with questions about health or death. We leave that to the health care system.
Personal consultations can be carried out face to face, or via Skype, Zoom or telephone.
I will open a discourse with you, speak with you about any problems you might be encountering in your day-to-day and give you the necessary tools to overcome these challenges.
This call will highlight in just 30 minutes where you need areas of support in your life to stop you feeling overwhelmed.
