You get tongue-tied in meetings or go bright red when someone doesn’t understand you. You find yourself in the same destructive relationship patterns.
No matter what you do, it always stops you from moving forward and you find yourself thinking “here we go again”. You’ve felt stuck for years. You’re embarrassed because someone at your level shouldn’t feel like this. You have to work hard to cover it up and it’s exhausting. You’ve been known to cry in the toilets because you’re so frustrated.
It might be that thing that gives you stomach lurching anxiety or grips you with fear every time you have to do it. You’re not alone and it’s not just you.

For the past 5 years I have been teaching Yoga professionally.
I’m a hatha yoga teacher and in addition to asanas and mudras, I also focus on mantras and meditation.
In my classes, my goal is to inspire and help students to move forward in their inner journey through my passion. In addition to the physical practice, I also teach spiritual aspects of yoga so that there is an impact on the body as well as the mind.
My aim is for students to absorb my calm energy and leave the class with a peaceful feeling.

The aim of Nutritional Therapy is to improve wellbeing through diet and lifestyle. Based on nutritional science, Nutritional Therapy focuses on the therapeutic aspects of certain foods to achieve optimal health and peak performance. It takes into consideration that every client is unique and that there is no one ‘perfect eating plan’ that will work for everybody, that is why all our weight loss plans are individually designed for each client.
15 Minutes of phone induction, followed by 45 minutes of healing light transmission, restoring renewal on a cellular (DNA) and soul level. And a 30 minute follow up phone call to confirm session transmission. Long-distance healing is supported by studies of prayer, distance healing, and quantum physics. In depth Intake form to be completed previous to session. Talk therapy and self healing direction will be suggested and discussed to continue the process.
