These are spiritual guidance and coaching sessions intended to help individuals, groups, or couples identify and overcome personal challenges or blocks. Through awareness of what is in the way, and by using mindfulness, meditation and personal processes by design, within a short time, healing and empowerment can result.

I am a certified Life and NLP Coach with over 10 years of experience in Self-Development, Self- Leadership, Self-Esteem, Spirituality and Mindpower. I have found the love for myself through hard truths and experiences which I am grateful to say makes me who I am today. Strength comes from facing your fears and conquering them no matter what and I wish to help you get inspired to look upon your life with gratitude and love.

Believing in your inner wisdom and power is the greatest strength you have, knowing that your power lies within and is not dependent on external circumstances or people around you. That has been the key for me in orde to become my own greatest inspiration.

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming, a name that encompasses three components involved in creating human experiences: neurology, language and programming. Originally, NLP was a therapeutic tool, but today many techniques are used in other areas of communication such as coaching, sales, performance psychology and leadership. NLP Coaching allows practitioners to become more effective in creating change and development through the power of thought and Mindpower.

NLP Coaching consists of a number of techniques where the focus is on reprogramming the filters that our thoughts create in our mind. NLP techniques are based on the assumption that you are responsible for your thoughts and therefore your results. That you have the power, creativity and resources to choose how the internal representation is created through your thoughts and can be changed to achieve your desired results. All with the help of your Mindpower.

You have the power and resources to change your filters and your world map, which gives you new perspectives and experiences. NLP is about self-awareness, identity exploration and mindpower in your life. NLP coaching provides techniques and tools that give you access to work with your subconscious in depth, to understand your subconscious filters and then, through the power of thought, create new strategies and behaviors that can lead to new desired results.
