This is my idea of a “cherry on top” of a regular session!✹✹✹✹✹This is a 15-20 minute technique that I usually do at the end of a full Reiki session but can do as a quick “alignment”. This would be a good treatment twice a month to see how things are flowing.✹✹✹✹✹I use a pendulum to check the direction of how each chakra is spinning, then open, balance, and close each one, going through checking multiple rounds until they are all balanced.✹✹✹✹✹The direction of the swing of the pendulum can signify a block that is on the Earth plane or Spiritual plane, and can even tell if that chakra is energized in a more “passive” or “aggressive” way.✹✹✹✹✹It is optional if you want to know which blocks you have so you can reflect and connect the dots in your life. Sometimes I receive a “message” for you, coming in forms of visions, (clairvoyance) knowing (claircognizance), and/or feeling (clairsentience). Developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn in the late 1970s in the UMass medical school to help patients with chronic pain, with many elements of Buddhist traditions, the purely secular program and other mindfulness-based interventions like MBCT, have now been adopted into schools, prisons, hospitals, veterans’ centres, and other environments. These programs have been implemented in many other fields, such as; healthy ageing, pain management, depression relapse prevention, children with special needs, drug addiction and intervention during the perinatal period.
The MBSR course is an eight-week workshop taught by a certified trainer.The first 1 hours session is for orientation and to get to know each other.It is then followed by 8 sessions of one and a half hour.You’ll also receive handouts your teacher is available via email throughout the course.
