Acceptance and Letting Go

Dear Ones,

there is something so powerful about acceptance. At first sight it might look like giving up on something but this couldn't be further from the truth. As what you resist persists, trying to change any situation while at the same time pushing against it is futile. It becomes very clear when we watch martial arts as there is nearly an elegant, almost effortless movement to it and not pushing and pulling. To be able to move effectively in a new direction in our lives we have to be first in harmony with the natural energies of the benevolent accepting universe. Once we are at peace we are like a calm lake. And when you throw a pebble into a calm lake the ripples reach very far, whether throwing it into a stormy lake wouldn't create much movement. Your intention for the new direction is like throwing that pebble. You want to throw it into a calm lake…

Being at peace with yourself starts with allowing yourself to feel any feelings that might arise in your everyday life experience. The conditioning makes us resist situations and events in our lives by suppressing the feelings. This happens so early in life that it becomes such an automatic habit that most of us don't even realise we do it. But suppressing anything which arises naturally means resisting the nature of who we are. The feelings and emotions only represent the energy which doesn't get lost and still influences us, in this case on the unconscious level.

When we learn to welcome any feelings, even those considered as difficult such as fear, anger or guilt, we learn that this is a sure pathway to liberation and clarity. You can imagine that you are opening your arms and your heart space widely and totally embracing any feelings. You feel them fully without making more of them and then you let them go. When we welcome any feelings we are like an open blue sky, allowing the clouds to come in and leave effortlessly. And in doing so we no longer create inner conflicts, struggle or confusion. We become transparent, open minded and loving and are able to see the new opportunities and direction more clearly with no filters of any past unresolved suppressed stories…

Life Coaching (Law Of Attraction)

Your coaching session will start with a short guided meditation, which will help you to relax deeper and let go of any mind chatter. Jana’s approach is grounded in the law of attraction, which means like attracts like or in other words your thoughts and feelings attract a matching outer life experience. Each session is guided by your intentions and what is important to you, both your short term and long term goals. You’ll learn to be more conscious of your inner states and what they attract to your life. Your conscious inner work will involve letting go of old and outdated beliefs and gradually embracing more life affirming ones. In doing so you’ll experience a natural inner process of reconnecting to your innate power and realising that life is not happening to you but from you. You’ll notice that this is not just a philosophy but a very practical approach to life, as your growing inner positivity will attract a matching positive outer experience. Jana will close your session with channelled messages, positive affirmation tailored specifically for you and your personal intentions. These will be recorded, so you can listen to them later, and this will give you support even after your coaching session has finished. session. This part of your session can be also combined with energy healing.

Loving Life Meditation (Guided Meditation)

Loving Life Meditation is an uplifting heart centred experience. We start with focus on the breath, relaxing each part of the body until a state of a deep relaxation is reached. When centred and grounded we embark on an inner journey – a guided visualisation. There are weekly life-affirming themes such as self-love, owning your power, celebration of your uniqueness, power of appreciation, trust, joy, freedom, creativity and abundance. An innate part of this journey is connecting to Source and Angels, opening to their messages and healing. For many, this is a profound experience. Whether you would like to just relax deeper and let go of the stress or seek a deeper connection to your spiritual essence, you are warmly welcome to join us. No previous experience with meditation is necessary and absolute beginners are welcome. Join us and experience the joy of meditating with other kindred spirits!
Meditations are online on Zoom, Thursdays 10 -11.15 am, Fridays 6 - 7.15 pm, Saturdays 10am - 11.15 am. Once you book your session I’ll email you the Zoom link.
