Naturopathy is an holistic approach to an individual’s health, which involves empowering body’s self healing mechanism. Following Naturopathic Principles, a session could involve advice of variety of natural therapies such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, homeopathy, physical manipulations. Advice will be personalised to the individual and may also involve nutritional recommendations, fasting and life style changes.
A check in to see how you are feeling since implementing recommendations from previous consultation. I offer guidance, answer your questions, and change recommendations as needed to keep you on track for improving your health, reaching your goals, and feeling your best.
Before this first meeting, I ask you to fill out an intake form to help me prepare for and make the best use of our time together. This first consultation includes a detailed assessment of your history and your family’s medical history, a review of body systems, and a lifestyle and dietary assessment. I will discuss my findings with you, my thought process for why you have the symptoms that you do, and how to remove the cause of the symptoms and get you feeling better. I make detailed recommendations to help your reach your goals and the level of health you desire.
