Interpersonal therapy (IPT) is an attachment-focused psychotherapy that centers on resolving interpersonal problems. It follows a highly structured and time-limited approach and is intended to be completed within 12–16 weeks. IPT is based on the principle that relationships and life events impact mood and that the reverse is also true.
We all face various issues in our day to day life. Sometimes we aren’t well equipped to deal with these situations and they end up affecting our mental health. These sessions will focus on developing various skill sets required to deal with different issues.

Philosophical counseling is an alternative therapy in which the counselor and client examine the client’s reasoning about his or her problems. Often we live by unexamined assumptions that we are unaware of making. These assumptions can keep us stuck by preventing inquiry into alternative perspectives. Identifying and critically examining our assumptions can enable us to choose more consciously and live more confidently. My role is help you to identify the path that you want to pursue and to support you as you pursue it.
I subscribe to the philosophy that a counselor is not a constructive critic but rather a guide who awakens in the client the capacity to philosophize for him or herself. My goal is to teach my clients the philosophical skills they need to solve future problems on their own.
A quick and effective way to reprocess PTSD and traumatic events. Helps release deeply held emotions, anxiety, phobias, addictions and fears. BLAST utilises precise bi-lateral movements with a light pen and specific suggestions. It helps you reprocess the emotional trauma so you can remember what happened, but it no longer has any physical or emotional response. Available over Skype or Zoom.
Counseling sessions can be conducted fact-to-face and in-person. Some people prefer the "personal touch." These sessions usually begin after an intake session has been completed. Sessions last approximately 50-60 minutes and focus on your personal mental health or couple-based need. All sessions are private and confidential.
