My approach to yoga is to use the practice to explore the body/mind connection and to bring awareness to everyday life. By using yoga tools: movement, breathing techniques, relaxation, meditation, and philosophy, I educate my clients on how to make healthy choices and develop a better relationship with themselves, become healthier, stronger, and more balanced.
