Trigger pointing is an effective technique which is used to treat trigger points and muscular knots. Trigger pointing helps to decrease pain and relieve muscle tightness. Trigger points are formed in soft tissues. Acute trauma, overuse or repetitive microtrauma can lead to the development of stress on muscle fibres.

Dear April, thank you for getting in touch.
Without rest & time for tissue to heal, tendons can become permanently weakened. Every situation is unique. Not sure how & where did the injury occur. Is it due to excessive force, repetitive movement, vibration, static awkward postures? What can help is a therapy that includes stretching and strengthening the affected muscles and tendons and a massage. Working with many professional athletes and fighters I found is beneficial a mixture of stretches, deep tissue and Gua Sha. Gua Sha or (tendon) scraping reduces pain and allows a faster return to sports in athletes. Scraping boosts blood flow back to the tissue and helps the tissue to heal itself. Bruising is very possible, also you might feel a slight discomfort throughout the treatment, however you can feel the results after first treatment.
Come & see me, we can do the treatment mention above, and we take it from there. I can guarantee you will feel 15% better after the first treatment. 😉
I feel constant tension in my tendons after the injury, even though it’s been about 5 years since then. I have already tried all the methods of treatment, but they did not help. Can you help me deal with this?
