Reconnective Healing is a powerful energy modality which works on the deep level of DNA. Reconnective Healing works to return the DNA to its perfect, original blueprint so the cells can reproduce as they should.
Reiki is a very old Japanese technique, excellent for producing feelings of peace and relaxation. A feeling of calmness results while balancing the chakras energetically.
Divine Healing is a modality which clears, aligns, and balances the chakras. It cleans the aura of negative debris and opens the meridians energetically so positive energy can flow. The client becomes energetically balanced. Negative cords and attachments are cut and released as well.
The Emotion Code is a technique which uses kinesiology to release trapped emotions which are negatively impacting a person’s life. Trapped emotions can lead to health problems, both physical and mental. By releasing them, one can move on in life or find it much more manageable.
The Body Code helps to discover underlying reasons for health problems. Everything in the body is connected. With the Body Code, these connections are revealed, leading to solutions to health issues.
People complain a great deal about digestive issues. It is totally understandable that this problem is a great concern, considering the American diet. It is known that immune problems begin in the gut. For immune health, vitamins C, E, B, and selenium, all of good quality is very important. Pineapple and papaya are good sources of digestive emzymes. Vitamin D is important. Beta Glucan found in oats, barley, seaweed, shitake and reshi mushrooms is excellent. In supplements, look for products extracted by fermentation, if grain or yeast is a concern. They are great for colds, flu, allergies, sinus, and regulate an overactive immune response in autoimmune disorders.
Aside from this, we certainly need prebiotics and probiotics. Prebiotics, plant fibers that ferment in the colon, help to increase desirable bacteria in the gut. Probiotics, live beneficial bacteria, restore balance in the microbiome, feeding and strengthening the immune system. Both boost the immune system and protect us from infections. They are necessary if taking antibiotics, which wipes out beneficial bacteria. Some examples of each follows.
Prebiotics: dandelion greens, garlic, onions, asparagus, bananas, barley, oats, corn, apples, flaxseeds, wheat bran, radishes, carrots, tomatoes, beets, cucumber, sweet potatoe, cabbage, berries, mango, honey, dark chocolate, walnuts, kombucha
Probiotics: yogurt, especially with bifidobacterium and lactobacilli, kefir, sauerkraut, pickles, gouda cheese, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, apple cider vinegar, brine-cured olives
With the holidays almost here, we especially need to be mindful of our digestive systems. Also, check with your holistic physician beforehand if you’re uncertain about your food tolerance and needs.
There are fifteen archangels. Each of them has a special job in assisting humans. Archangels are also associated with each chakra, although there is much disagreement, according to various sources, regarding which archangel aids each particular chakra. Some believe this is not necessary; just call upon your favorite archangel for any need.
Archangels are of a lower rank than Seraphim and Cherubin. They are, however, closer to humans. Seraphim are the highest rank of celestial hierarchy. They are associated with light, ardor, and purity. Seraphim are clothed in red and are known as “the burning ones.” They surround God’s throne and are above it.
It is sometimes written that Cherubin are placed by God at the entrance to paradise. They are beside and around God’s throne. They glorify and praise God while holding flaming swords. Some sources state that they guarded the Garden of Eden after the banishment of Adam and Eve. Cherubin are called the Guardians of God, although it is not known how many there are. They are clothed in blue.
Still other heavenly beings are ranked higher than the archangels, but archangels are preferred by humans. The Eastern Orthodox faith allows for seven archangels of God. They are Jegudiel, Gabriel, Selaphiel, Michael, Uriel, Raphael and, Barachiel. Christian legend has seven archangels in The Book of Enoch, but this book was excluded from the Bible. The seven are Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Chamuel, Jophiel, and Zackiel.
The Catholic church does not recognize Uriel, Jophiel, Chamuel, and Zadkiel (Zackiel), saying they are just “new age beliefs.” The church only acknowledges Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael.
Returning to the fifteen Archangels and how they assist us: Ariel heals animals, connects to nature, and is a punisher to those in darkness. Azrael is an angel of healing and helps in the transition from life to death. Chamuel promotes universal peace and inner peace. Gabriel aids childrens’ welfare, protecting little ones. Haniel gives sacred energy and intuition. Jeremiel is the angel of visions and life review. Jophiel changes a negative to positive mindset. Metatron rids low energies and aids healing. Michael is a great protector. Raguel heals arguements and brings harmony. Raphael also brings healing and protects travelers. Raziel governs knowledge and lessons in life. Sandalphon delivers prayers to God, to feel divine love, and helps musicians. Uriel gives insight and answers. Zadkiel or Zachariel works for forgiveness to heal emotional pain and memory.
How wonderful it is to think about these beautiful, powerful archangels. We all choose what we wish to believe.
To believe that you are being healed turns the current of Universal Life in that direction. Believe the truths of your spirit, not the evidence of your five senses. Imagine being whole, vital, and strong. Detach your mind from the problem and assume an attitude of indifference . Imagination and faith works wonders in effecting healings of all illness and disease. Your thoughts have power over your body. The state of thinking and feeling is the cause of the bodily condition.
There is a power in thought over all the organs of the body that is not recognized by most. Use your imagination wisely. Imagine yourself doing all the things you would do as whole, and the subconscious will respond. Do not dwell on symptoms, organs, or any parts of the body. Affirm the healing power within you, making you whole and perfect. Feel the healing love of the Divine. Get a clear realization of this. It is what heals.
Hear yourself telling others about the miraculous healing you’ve had. Make it real and vivid. An awareness of the Healing Presence within is necessary. Turn in faith to this Presence. Be aware of the power of the Creator within you and use it to bring healing into your life. You must have confidence for results to follow.
Thoughts are things. Do not think of the organ. Your spiritual thought takes the form of cells, tissues, nerves, and organs. To think of the damaged organ suggests more of it. Do not dwell on symptoms. Know the healing power if flowing through you. Picture yourself alive, happy, enthusiastic.
Practice a joyous relationship between your two minds, to bring forth health, strength, peace, and security. The union of thought and feeling is important, then peace enters in you and you will have the joy of the answered prayer. Your mental picture must agree with your affirmation of wholeness. See yourself as radiant, happy, full of life.

Before the Session
I do my pre-meditation to find out the main reasons for your writer's block. (This happens psychically, where I generally just need your name, but a picture can help, too.)
It may be as simple as a deep rooted belief that once you write from your heart and really put your honest thoughts and fantacies out there, you will be harshly judged, not understood, criticised, unappreciated, ridiculed, laughed at, so on and so forth. It may have its origin in a trauma you have experienced in this life time or more than one lifetime. It could be a karmic cycle you're going through and maybe it's not the first life, where you struggle to be your true self and to express yourself freely.
Perhaps, it could be a belief that no matter how hard you try, you can never create a really good piece of writing. Perhaps, it's an issue of completing something. Perhaps, concerns over money and writing what sells (and not what is close to heart) that's the problem.
The above are just examples. I would need to meditate to see what your unique situation is.
Reading Part of the Session
In this part, I will let you know what I saw in my visions when I pre-meditated on your writer's block.
Healing Part of the Session
We will discuss the reading part of the session and wil find what traumas / reasons / habits / beliefs / etc. are available for healing. We may find the specific events, decisions or promises you made in the past that need to be revisited and changes made. With your permission, I will perform shamanic healing for those particular birth places of the limiting beliefs, fears and hurts that lie at the heart of why you are experiencing your writer's block.
This kind of healing is not only good for critical instances, where help is needed. If you are not experiencing writer's block at this time, this kind of healing can reveal issues you would benefit from healing and clearing to become even better at what you do, do release any fears, judgements, beliefs, limitation that may be hindering your writing at this time.
The goal of this healing session is to get you to feel safe and comfortable being your true authentic self, making your authentic decisions and taking bold steps in the persuit of freely and openly expressing your true self in a unique way, and doing it with pleasure, joy and peace.
