That is my greeting to the spirit within you. Join me for a welcome introduction session to celebrate my arrival at Core Spirit!
For 15 minutes I will align your mind, body, and soul with my crystal singing bowl. As a reiki practioner you can witness the flow of reiki aiding in alignment.
My chant is a song from deep within.
Let's take a deep breath and connect to the truth that we each hold, lets liberate and release limitations to achieve our highest desires- as it starts with the mind first.
