This session includes an in-depth consultation to assess your wellness needs and goals.
There is a strong spiritual (non religious) aspect to Beheld Wellness Coaching that includes self care and connecting to a greater sense of who you are.
Together we look into your lifestyle and how to support your spiritual, mental and physical health holistically.
From the information gathered from this session we go on to create a personal programme of 2/3/6 months 1:1 wellness coaching.

A 1:1 Kundalini Yoga session
For beginners or experienced yoga students.
Kundalini Yoga starts with mantra to tune into sacred space, pranayama (breathwork) a kriya (the yoga movements) a meditation usually with mantra chanting and followed by a deep relaxation.
Kundalini Yoga taught correctly is safe and positively transformational.
Excellent for anxiety, stress, mental wellness and spiritual growth.

Hi Lina thank you for your interest. Feedback from clients is that they feel it is quite accurate. As to your second question are you asking how long does the effect of the session last after receiving it? That very much depends on each individual. Energy work can be similar to bodywork, one client might find immediate relief say from a stiff neck, another client may need a series of sessions to resolve an imbalance and some homework and lifestyle changes and longer commitment. Energy work is the same and is a team effort, sometimes it is a quick fix other times it is not. Feel free to look at some of my testimonials on my website. My goal is always to awaken a persons self healing abilities and not to have them reliant upon me, long term.

Bring some music that you find relaxing to you.
Go to the bathroom before the session so that you can lie down

You can place gemstones and crystals on your body or around you. Trust that you will receive exactly what you need at that moment.
Use your favorite essential oil. Essential oils can raise our vibration and open the chakras for further healing.
