Yes its has has been scientifically proven to help alleviate and eventually rid you of anxiety by lowering cortisol levels and raising feel good harmones and endorphins by activating the parasympthetic nervous system and bringing you into a state of rest and digest from the normal state of fight or flight which is activated by cortisol and adrenalin this can all be done just by deep breathing through your diaphragm 30 times then hold you breath 1 minute and relaxing try this now you'll see results

Hello and thank you will be using a methode of breathing credited to the ice man and guru wim hof which is deep breathing through the diaphragm for 30 count then holding our breath for 1 min and relaxing 4 times. Then we do atmospheric awarness meditation to clear the senses you can actually try this now in your own 🏡 seriously i wish i could teach you this for free but minimum charge is 500 cents
