Hypnotherapy is a gentle, relaxing way to make positive, profound changes to your life.
In a nutshell Hypnotherapy begins with the therapist guiding you into a deeply relaxed state, in turn leading into a heightened state of awareness, often referred to as a trance state. It is whilst in this trance state that the therapist can place positive suggestions and changes in the subconscious part of the mind which will continue to process and create more positive changes long after the session has ended.

The ultimate way to know our true nature is through self enquiry, unless of course we're one of the very few who have gone through a spontaneous awakening! That said the use of Hypnotherapy and other methodologies help to move the processes of the mind beyond any issues, limiting beliefs and limitations, therefore helping to cultivate a more fertile ground for personal growth and enquiry.
