Hello Emma! I’m sorry you’re feeling stressed lately.. I want to make sure we can change that as soon as possible! Meditation can help with a number of things, including destressing the mind, body, and soul. It can put you in a state of relaxation and start changing your life. One session is definitely a great start, but the more you incorporate it into your everyday lifestyle, the more effective the results!
