1: Set your date... give yourself 2 weeks
Begin with daily switching your brands, from the one you smoke today,
Lighter and Lighter as the days go by

2: Have your appointment booked to see you Hypnotherapist
Begin using the MP3's for quitting smoking every day

3: Clear your home, car and anywhere else you smoked
Clean away all nicotine stains and toss ashtrays

4: Begin to notice the times of day you usually smoke
Decide now, what you can do that is more compelling or would put off that
Smoke time

5: Begin making changes to your daily habits around smoking
Don't smoke on the way to work
Don't have a cig with coffee or drinks

6: Isolate when you smoke - to avoid it becoming a pleasurable chat time with others

7: Add in daily water intake with intention (this starts to flush the body)
