During this journey, you’ll be given the tools to understand your energetic space and take ownership of your body as a soul living a human experience. The training lasts for six weeks, including a weekly 1:1 session done over zoom. Each session lasts around an hour long. During this time together, you will learn energy tools and dive into topics like:
- Grounding into your body (Using a ground chord)- Running your earth and cosmic energy (Owning your energetic space as a self healing being)- Rose tool (Used to clear and take ownership of your space)- Healing the aura (Reading layers of the aura, clear aura holes and tears)- Finalizing karma & karmic contracts (Remove energy cords & learn separation tool)- Introduction to working with spirit guides and your healing master
During this session, you will be guided through a thirty minute individualized guided meditation. This meditation will focus on what your current energetic space is needing during this practice. The meditation will be done over zoom.
Each session will begin with a discussion around any blockages or challenges presenting in your life. Followed by a guided meditation and healing. All sessions will be done remotely over zoom. Please make sure to have a quiet space for your healing.
Possible topics to be covered during your session include balancing chakras, past life reading, communication with passed away loved ones, ancestral healing, soul contracts, or any other energy in your space asking for a healing.
The goal of each session is to take a look at any energy causing dis-ease and challenges in your life so that you may leave the session with a stronger sense of grounding and empowerment over your life.
People with autoimmune conditions face unique challenges. A diagnosis can explain what is happening but for many people, it does little to resolve the psychological grind of living with pain and discomfort and the often huge changes of circumstances that occur when people become ill.
Many of the people I work with who live with these conditions, come to coaching expressing feelings of grief, anger, shame, isolation, uncertainty and helplessness. These big feelings can get in the way and make people feel that they are stuck and unable to live their lives in a meaningful way.
You might feel that although you are receiving treatment for your condition, there is so much more to your experience of living with a change in health and the prospect of long term illness that has not been addressed.
You may be struggling to find a way to live with your condition and feel that you have had to give up on many of the things that you previously enjoyed.
Perhaps you feel anxious about returning to work after a period of absence or about visits to the doctors? Or do you spend a lot of time lost in your thoughts, wishing that things were different?
I work with people just like you to help you to understand those feelings and move you into a place of greater peace, where we can explore your potential and get to know who you are today – someone who lives with a condition but whose life is about much more than that.
Through coaching, I can support you to cultivate a greater feeling of acceptance towards your health and help you to set goals and actions that will move you towards the things that matter to you in your life.
We can also work on equipping you with some psychological tools to help you manage when the going gets tough.
Taking a proactive approach to your psychological wellbeing means that you will feel more empowered.
Working together to help you to achieve your goals will help you to feel more fulfilled and give you a renewed sense of purpose.

Successful coaching relies on commitment. We will explore this together to ensure that you are ready to make the changes you seek and that your goals are manageable, realistic and meaningful.

During hypnosis, our brains create NEW neural connections in the brain; giving us the power to unwire and relearn what we desire. Hypnosis is completely safe and un-intrusive to the mind. You cannot be hypnotized if you do not wish.
Coaching session is included in the price. During the session you will meet with Citlalicue to go over exactly what you beliefs you wish to recreate. If you choose to integrate the work with psychedelics, harm reduction will be discussed during consultation and space to process any fears or anxiety.
Once your customized track is completed and sent to you within a week of the session. Each track is around 20-30 minutes long and is intended to be listened to for 21 days. From the date you receive the track you will have 30 days to reach out to Citlalicue on Voxter at any time you wish for any questions or support. It's like having a coach in your pocket!

LIIFT UnTherapy is designed to enable you to quickly improve all aspects of your life by healing emotional damage and removing toxic belief patterns obstructing the happiness and abundance you deserve. Then you and I install positive belief patterns that help you to live the happiest, most successful, most love-filled life you ever hoped to have.
Depending on the time requirement for each healing, you will receive between 6 and 16 healings during the session, which can last up to one hour or until the your subconscious says, "This is enough for the day!"

We will look at short term goals previously set. Look at your Progress at what is working and what is not. We will look at why and identify obstacles and challenges as well as resistance you have towards achievement.
We will fine tune or readjust goals. And discuss how to over come that which has prevented your success and also discuss what you did right in achieving your set goals.
