Hi Emma, there is a way to call in the subconscious to assist with the experiences and if your senses are heightened, then there might be a few things to clarify first. This cannot be done simply by giving some tips here as I believe a more in-depth communication is necessary. There is one thing I can give you to ponder on: With our senses and sensations too heightened it means that your capacity to experience gratitude on a higher level lies on the other side of the sense coin, so to speak. When you feel overwhelmed by it all, try and find your center of gratitude whilst slowing down your breathing as much as you can. I will be happy to work with you through this, but practice slow breathing in the meantime and also check that your perineum is relaxed while you do the breathwork. Hope this helps.
