My premise for coaching practice is working with people to triumph over The Not Good Enough Dilemma by optimizing their Beliefs Emotions and Values so that they become all that they can and should be.

I help persons identify and confront their self-limiting beliefs, expose their destructive emotion and clarify their values. This allows them to emerge from the debilitating persistent feelings of not being good enough which ends the cycle of self sabotage and unleashes their full potential allowing them to make that vertical leap.

Reiki is healing on an energetic level. It’s allowing universal healing energy to flow through the practitioner into the client. This universal energy allows negativity to be released and make room to align your chakras. Having your chakras aligned gives you healing on a mind, body, and spirit level and eventually puts you into a state of peace.

If you feel anxious, depressed or you’re having trouble focusing, you may need a reiki session. The session is done remotely (unless you are in the Las Vegas area or at a special in person event) and will last between 30-45 minutes. The session is not filmed if done remotely and there is no link to join the session. I try to keep it on an energy level so that you’re in tune with the universe to bring you the healing you’re looking for. You just need to be open and have intentions to receive the healing. The day before the session, you’ll receive an email letting you know what to expect and tips on what to do while the session is going on. You can meditate while I’m doing the session, read, do yoga, or do anything that brings you peace and relaxation. We will speak before the session (telephone or your preferred video service) to go over the process and during the session I will take notes on what chakras were open or closed and what messages I received during the session. After it’s complete, we will speak again to go over what messages and blockages came up.

**There is a recovery period known as a spiritual detox. Moving energy that had been stuck is no light task. You may experience fatigue, you may cry out of nowhere, feel happiness you can’t place a finger on, feel light as if a weight has been lifted, you could even feel as if you caught a cold. It’s very similar to a diet detox because your body has let go of what you no longer need. You may also feel nothing at all which is ok as well. Every one is different and so is each session. You want to make sure you drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol, and eat as clean as possible for 48 hours after the session. Relax and travel back in time safely to explore and heal events from your past or previous lives that are currently affecting and holding you back in your current lifetime.

Our session will begin with a guided relaxation to direct awareness inward to calm and relax the nervous system.

You will then blanket yourself with the healing power of sound therapy. This meditative practice will leave you feeling rejuvenated and more balanced! Different frequency of sound opens certain restorative energy points in our bodies to promote healing.
