The intention of this session is to align your subconscious and conscious minds to the awareness that this is a Quantum Experience (everything is a vibration to align with).

Within this session we journey through every modality that Landon is asked by your guides to bring forth.

During an agreed upon time, you simply relax and receive. This can be in silence or to meditative music such as a suggested binaural beats track.

Landon calls in support from your Spirit Guides, Angel Guardians, Galactic Family, and any other Beings of Light that wish to be present and support at this time.

Then diving into a Tarot Reading or Channeled Message Landon will record all messages and send a voice memo via email after the conscious time is complete.

Landon brings Tarot, Intuitive Guidance, Channeling (Elementals, Galactics, Guides etc), Light Language, Aura Embodiment/Expansion, Cellular Activation, and Subconscious Reprogramming to the forefront of this session while holding space for your own subconscious and guides to do the work they need to with energetically supported space!

I offer a compassionate counselling service that is unique to every woman and her situation. Allowing you to feel heard and understood in a safe environment free from shame and judgement.

My aim is to support and empower women through periods of change and emotionally difficult times. Empowering women to navigate their life and the mess that it can sometimes feel like it’s in with insight, respect, hope and strength.

I believe you have the desire and the capacity to grow towards fulfilling your true potential, and that you’re the expert on your own life. Counselling is a way of assisting you to identify and define your emotional issues and to help you better understand yourself.

Therefore, I don’t give advice. I will work with you to help you understand yourself more fully and to find your own inner resources. With greater self-awareness and trust in yourself, I hope that you will be able to make constructive changes, leading to a more satisfying and meaningful life.

I apply an integrated approach to counselling, meaning that I combine different but complementary counselling methods that have been taken from different models of therapy. These are Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Using an integrative approach allows me to be flexible in providing a service that suits your situation.

I offer face-to-face and online individual counselling sessions, allowing women to openly talk about their emotional challenges.

This coaching program is for active adults who are suffering from an injury or illness that is keeping them from participating in physical activities of any kind. Oftentimes, when faced with an injury, our main (or sometimes only) priority is to get our physical body recovered and back to performance level to continue to participate in the activities we love. The lack of attention to our emotional and mental wellbeing while in recovery, and the effect that losing our sport can have on us, can be detrimental to our healing progress and may cause us to rely on unhealthy coping mechanisms.

The intention of this program is to take a small step back from your physicality and reconnect with you identity and passions in other aspects of your life, identify and name challenges from your injury/illness, help you become more aware of
your limitations and empower you to make decisions that will lead to health and longevity. Keeping focus on the future and moving forward, this program is not a replacement for therapies or grief recovery. It is however, a safe compassionate place to explore the complexities that come with being injured and help you see the growth potential hidden inside the challenge of physical limitations.
