Volunteer to speak first if you are nervous in front of an audience. You finish it quickly, you can relax for the remaining time of the event, and—most importantly—the audience, depending on the circumstance, is too busy with their own presentations or speeches to pay attention to yours.

This does not always work properly, but in my experience, I can say that it worked for me. Ideally, while fighting stage fright, you set the bar too high for those who look up to you.
