Why work with a trained EFT Practitioner when there are so many free resources?
Expertise: There is more to Emotional Freedom Techniques than knowing the tapping points. A trained practitioner will zero in on and quickly get to the core of a problem.
Experience: When you work with an experienced practitioner, you know they've been down this road before. They know how to deal with unexpected issues.
Being objective: A practitioner isn't caught up in the client's emotions, and they can see the situation with more clarity.
Accountability: If we didn't have resistance to change, we would've already made the change. A good practitioner nudges you forward, helps you release resistance, and holds you accountable for making the changes you desire.

As a woman who has experienced the pain of eating disorders, I understand the unique challenges that come with these struggles, especially for us women over 40.
After conventional medical and cognitive models failed to address the deep wounds that impacted my thoughts, behaviors, and patterns, I turned to alternative therapies. Through the use of movement, mindfulness, and other counseling methods, I found relief from the childhood trauma that influenced my relationship with my body throughout my life.
Sadly, conventional medical and cognitive models often fall short in treating eating disorders in women over 40. I have dedicated myself to spreading awareness about the correlation between trauma and eating disorders, especially in women over 40 by sharing my own story, and providing support to those who have gone through similar challenges.
