Goal Setting is an important element of the consult. We will set specific goals which are both realistic, and time based. Together, we will work through exactly what it is you want to achieve.
Once a goal is clearly established, we assess your current dietary intake. Considerations include alcohol, fluid intake, adequate fruit and vegetable consumption and also discretionary items.
This is then assessed against your goals and current recommendations. To determine an action plan to reach your desired outcome. With this information, I construct a personalised meal plan, which factors your personal food preferences, frequency of meals, exercise commitments, and lifestyle.
