Thank you for reaching out. Firstly I send you some lifestyle and nutrition assessment sheets and questionnaires so I can get an idea of where you are in your health journey. Once you have completed everything we will jump on a call, there we will plot out the best path forward, addressing as many concerns as we can. My goal is to simplify health into daily actionable steps. This kind of coaching works best as a continuum - working with me and yourself consistently. My aim is to offer an introduction to my coaching and offer a blueprint so you can take control of your life and your health. Well I don't offer workouts I can recommend some ideas based on your situation - mental health is physical health. The mind and the body are one. This is why lifestyle is so important.
