When You replace " Why is this happening to me?" with "What is this trying to teach me?"... you would never again believe that:
!! My Anxiety Convinces Me That Everyone Hates Me!!

I’ve heard so many times from my clients:
💔 Because of my anxiety, I take everything personally!
😒 If a friend takes a too long to answer a text, I start making assumptions.
😒 I dread sending the first text because there is a chance of rejection.

  • They don’t like me
  • Why would they want to talk to me?
  • I’m annoying them
  • They hate me
  • I'm foolish thinking they want be friends
    And list goes on…
😣I need constant reassurance that I am loved
🙉My anxiety makes me overanalyze every situation
😭My anxiety makes me feel like the world is against me
😱I never know what to say in social situations
😣I assume they are all laughing at me behind my back
😵Because of my anxiety, I struggle to see my value
🙊My anxiety makes me doubt my self-worth, which leads to doubting everyone around me
The good starting point is👉stop personalizing and referring to how you feel as MY Anxiety! By deleting that MY in front of anxiety You’ve made a first step in shifting your belief about overcoming anxiety.
    Well Done!

Our worst critic is ourselves. I understood this from my own experience because I tried to bring all my projects to an ideal state so that it was impossible to find fault. On the one hand, it's good when you can criticize yourself, but on the other hand, there are times when your project no longer needs to be improved, but the inner critic still begins to assert that the project is not perfect.
