Ready to make that change?
Feb 16, 2023

Reading time 2 min.

So you know what you would like to have in life, but currently your life is not reflecting this, so you find yourself settling with what you have, even though it doesn't make you smile.

The fear of change plays a big part in this. You may have found that you keep things the same to avoid change, even though deep down you know it is needed to get what you want.

So what are you going to do about it?

Fear affects us all. I was overcome with fear for many years of my life and avoided making big decisions in my life, as I was scared of the unknown, even though the big unknown appealed to me like crazy.

For years I remained stuck and lived in my head, dreaming about what life would be like if I made the change, instead of actually living it.

Thankfully, through lots of inner healing work and meditation, I managed to turn things around and bring in small changes gradually. Yes, it wasn't easy and I often was tempted to turn back and jump under that comfort blanket that I would warp around me tightly to avoid what I truly wanted.

But meditation kept me moving forward and building that confidence to become more self aware and self confident and today I am no longer than woman that hides away, pretending I am happy. I am now running 2 businesses and living the life of freedom I created for myself and it feels awesome.

You can have the same, but you have to allow yourself to take that first step and make a change. It doesn't have to be a big change, it can be just a small one, you just need to be consistant with it.

We only live once in this life and you deserve to be happy and living a happy fulfilled life.
So I urge you, however, afraid you are, take action today. Start making those small changes needed. You won't regret it I promise you.
