Other comments

This book is unique in that it is told by nature, and explains you the human in a way that is easy to understand in the world we live in today. I should have been dead by the time I was 18 and many times after that. Yoga literally saved my life. I have lived the book, in my desire to see if what it asked from me was a truth. It is. Yoga has greated nothing but magic and has shown that when you connect to your true self the impossible is always possible.

I am a Hindu born and raised in Zambia. I have schooled and lived around the world and for the last 16 years I have studied and trained in every aspect of yoga and sound healing with teachers, gurus, and doctors. I live yoga and yoga lives within me. I now live in Cabo Verde where I have a yoga studio and ocean desk and have just finished writing a pod cast story, of the true story of yoga.
