Session
You will stay full alert as we enter a Theta brain wave and connect to The Creator of All That Is. I will be guided to what you need to heal, including identifying and rewriting limiting beliefs, receiving uplifting and healing downloads, and releasing past traumas from this lifetime, ancestral trauma, and past lives.

Hello. I am Tammy Waldron, the founder of Towanda Wellbeing, where we foster a community of individuals eager to connect with their True Selves, including beginning healers, through the transformative practice of ThetaHealing. My mission is to help you unlock your innate gifts and guide you on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and love, awakening you to the reality of your intuition and feelings.
I am guided and grounded in the following overarching principles:
- Self-love is the foundation of all personal growth and healthy relationships, including my relationship with myself and self-talk.
- How I listen to myself sets the precedence for how I show up and listen to others.
- Knowing, understanding, and being grounded in my own values allows me to see and value others.
- *Being anchored into my True Self enables me to create an ecosystem where I can thrive, including all that I need to say yes to and setting boundaries for all I need to say no to.

**To Learn: **My life has been a journey to become my best self and find peace, belonging, truth, and connection to God. My path has not been straight. It has been fraught with challenges, struggles, and heartache. However, it is through these experiences that I have been able to find myself and develop empathy and connection to others.
To Teach. I have always been passionate about supporting, coaching, and teaching those around me. Since 2005, I have led curriculum design and professional development initiatives in education.
To Heal. ThetaHealing® has profoundly impacted my life, allowing me to heal deep wounds and connect to my True Self! I am dedicated and passionate about sharing this technique with the world. All paths along my personal journey have led to Towanda Wellbeing, enabling me to connect, educate, and foster healing with those around me.
