I offer a non-judgemental and collaborative approach to therapy. In the sessions we work with integrative psychotherapy, which is a short term therapy that takes about 5-15 sessions. It is an integrated approach that combines a number of therapy styles and techniques that allow flexibility and assures you with long term results. In the sessions we focus on your existing inner potentials so that you can find your solutions in yourself.
Originally an economist, with a degree in Integrative Psychotherapy , I have been working for 15 years with almost all nationalities. I translate known mental issues to various cultures while I provide my clients a safe, accepting and activating environment.
