Overview
Relaxation massage is a gentle and soothing massage technique that aims to promote relaxation and reduce stress. It involves long, flowing strokes, kneading, and circular movements to help release tension and promote a sense of calm and well-being.
Target audience
Individuals who work high-stress jobs, such as executives, healthcare workers, or first responders, who may be in need of a therapeutic, stress-relieving massage to help them relax and unwind.

Session
•Consultation: Before the session begins, the I will ask you about any specific areas of the body you would like to focus on, as well as any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns you may have.
•Setting the atmosphere: I will create a relaxing atmosphere, dimming the lights and playing soft music to help you feel at ease.
•Comfortable positioning: You will derobe to your comfort level and lie down on the massage table, covered by a sheet or blanket, in a comfortable and supportive position. Nothing will be exposed except the areas I'm working on.
•Application of oil or lotion: I will apply a light oil or lotion to your skin to help facilitate smooth and soothing massage strokes.
•Gentle massage strokes: I will use gentle and flowing massage strokes, such as effleurage, kneading, and circular movements, to help promote relaxation and release tension.

Coach and Reverend, Erica received her diploma and license in Clinical Massage Therapy in 2018 from Brightwood College in Hammond, IN. She has also received certifications in Traditional Usui Reiki, levels 1, 2, and 3 ART/Teacher. She has then advanced to Egyptian (Kemetic) Reiki which is a more intense, ancient version of energy healing called Sekhem, meaning, "The Power of Powers" it is the original energy healing system from which Dr. Mikao Usui had obtain some of his research when he discovered Reiki and began teaching his own system to his students. Coach Rev. Erica also has her Bachelor's Degree in Metaphysical Science in conjunction with Ordained Metaphysical Ministers license/certification, hence "Reverend", Ordained by the International Metaphysical Ministry (IMM) and Ceritified by the University of Metaphysics, Coach Rev. Erica is a Metaphysical Minister & Metaphysician and is currently working on her Master's and Doctorate/Phd in Metaphysical Science to expand her practice and knowledge through the University of Sedona. Coach Rev. Erica is also a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, through the online school Transformation Academy. To many of her peers and team, Coach Reverend Erica is known by a few other healing names such as The Healing Goddess, Medicine Woman, Medicine Mother or Dr. Erykah Mende and Yoko Imamu Abena, meaning "Child of the Sun is a Spiritual Leader born on Tuesday". Coach Rev. Erica connects with her roots and includes many healing techniques that were practiced by her ancestors. Coach Rev. Hatha yoga offers a good contrast to our busy lives as it provides the opportunity to unwind, stretch, and ease away the tension of your day. Hatha Yoga has been shown to have many calming and well-being benefits.
My classes last 30 minutes and will start with a gentle warm-up then advance to more physical asanas (poses). The class ends with Savasana (the pose of total relaxation). Casses are suitable for beginners. My classes are currently held via Zoom.
Before the Session
I do my pre-meditation to find out the main reasons for your writer's block. (This happens psychically, where I generally just need your name, but a picture can help, too.)
It may be as simple as a deep rooted belief that once you write from your heart and really put your honest thoughts and fantacies out there, you will be harshly judged, not understood, criticised, unappreciated, ridiculed, laughed at, so on and so forth. It may have its origin in a trauma you have experienced in this life time or more than one lifetime. It could be a karmic cycle you're going through and maybe it's not the first life, where you struggle to be your true self and to express yourself freely.
Perhaps, it could be a belief that no matter how hard you try, you can never create a really good piece of writing. Perhaps, it's an issue of completing something. Perhaps, concerns over money and writing what sells (and not what is close to heart) that's the problem.
The above are just examples. I would need to meditate to see what your unique situation is.
Reading Part of the Session
In this part, I will let you know what I saw in my visions when I pre-meditated on your writer's block.
Healing Part of the Session
We will discuss the reading part of the session and wil find what traumas / reasons / habits / beliefs / etc. are available for healing. We may find the specific events, decisions or promises you made in the past that need to be revisited and changes made. With your permission, I will perform shamanic healing for those particular birth places of the limiting beliefs, fears and hurts that lie at the heart of why you are experiencing your writer's block.
This kind of healing is not only good for critical instances, where help is needed. If you are not experiencing writer's block at this time, this kind of healing can reveal issues you would benefit from healing and clearing to become even better at what you do, do release any fears, judgements, beliefs, limitation that may be hindering your writing at this time.
The goal of this healing session is to get you to feel safe and comfortable being your true authentic self, making your authentic decisions and taking bold steps in the persuit of freely and openly expressing your true self in a unique way, and doing it with pleasure, joy and peace.
