I´m a personal trainer from Mexico. I have over 10 years of experience in athletic training in and outside of the gym. I specialize in minimalist training for people who don't have the budget to purchase a gym membership / equipment. I help you obtain a physical / mental transformation from a sedentary person to an active athlete. I will soon be starting a Logotherapy certificate to understand human psychology and behavior in order to help people overcome self-limiting beliefs and find their purpose in life.
