Hello. Could you please tell me if there are any limitations on Ashtanga yoga sessions? I want to try yoga for the first time, but I don’t know if I can.
Hi! If my main goal is to become flexible (to be able to do splits and other cool things), is there a certain type of yoga that is most suitable for that? I could do regular stretching but I’m in love with yoga haha
