Hello and welcome!

In this 60 minute course, we're going to go through what spiritualism actually is, and of course how it all connects to our physical existence. I'll teach you what Chakras are, how to align them, how to properly meditate and why you might be feeling lost and don't know where to go next. Throughout this (and other courses) you'll be able to find your light in life and start achieving your full potential!

As I've stated earlier above this is a course for complete beginners, although anyone is welcome
because there's always something new you can learn, as we're constant teachers and students in this existence called life.
