Course

This course includes 7 unique 15-minute routines, that you can do in your own time from the comfort of your home. You'll have life-long access to the materials, so can return to your routines whenever you need a boost or a top-up! You can choose to do one routine a day and do them all within a week, or spread them out and take as long as you like.

You'll also receive 3x 30 minute bonus routines to experience a slightly longer practice.
