Waiting for his text or call, feel nervous, nauseous, rejected and only when you get that 'TEXT' - you feel calm, change all your plans just to get the conversation out?

Overview
Quite often, when you have a trauma of abandonment, they start feeling dependent on a person, even if they barely know each other.

You don't believe that you can be loved for who you are, you feel guilty that any move or behaviour can get rejected.

And whilst you are in that state, you:

  • won't be able to let go of the past
  • meet someone, who will love you for who you are
  • feel happiness and inner peace
  • believe that you are enough and deserve to be loved, respected and admired

If that's you - I invite you to our Cognitive Behavioural Therapy session, where I will give you the strategy, alongside EDMR tasks to release the feeling of heavy guilt and get reconnected back to yourself

After the first session (recommended sessions x 4-8), my clients say:

  • "I stopped obsessing over my ex/partner"
  • "I managed to build self confidence, which helped me create a connection with my partner that I always wished for"
  • 'This morning I woke up to realise that my life doesn't revolve around my partner and I feel whole"
  • "I started loving myself, which was reflected back on me as soon as I realised how amazing I am"

Session

Each session lasts for 60 minutes, however if we need more time, no extra cost will be charged.
