Hello, I hope you are well. We will connect up via zoom and I will guide you both through a series of couple yoga poses so you can really connect with each other and have fun at the same time. So we use each others body weight to counteract the balance. Its really good fun as well as relaxing and helps get a deeper better connection between the two of you. We then have 10 minutes of relaxation at the end where I guide you through a meditation to really feel the benefits of yoga.
