Hello, I am a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist, a Human Design Analyst, and a reader of the I Ching and Animal Totem Divination. My bodywork practice specializes on working with people in chronic and untreatable pain through with acute deep tissue work and trigger point therapy. I work with people in moments of crisis with tools such as Human Design, the I Ching and Totem Divination.
Legend tells that the I Ching began 14,000 years ago in ancient China. Only 3,00o years ago did the I Ching begin to be written down. This book of proverbs was used as a divination tool to assist one in finding their way safely through an ancient world rife with dangers and spirits. This book of divination and direction has the longest life of continual use, second only to the Hebrew bible. Today the I Ching is used all over the world to find advice and guidance about difficult obstacles, choices, or circumstances. When one’s world grows dark, frightening, and confusing the I Ching provides a ballast, a ray of insight, or a railing to steady oneself. It provides awareness about one’s current situation and advisement about how to proceed, and sometimes, what is coming.

Animal totems are the very first spiritual system that called me to it. This is the most wild and most tangible of all the tools I use. When animal archetypes arrive out of the wild, we watch our own subconscious relay a message in living breathing form. While we can’t force these highly accurate types of messages to arrive on demand, we can do our best to listen when they do arrive. There are other ways to connect with animal totems such as drum journeying, dreams, visualizations, and psychedelic experiences. Interpreting these archetypes is subjective and individual to each person. For some, finding clarity on the animals appearing before them bings forward subconscious awareness and healing.
A consultation can take two forms. First, you can arrive into the session with animal encounters (be it in real life, dreams, or drum journeys) and we can work to interpret the messages. Second, we can pull from a card deck or tap your Human Design chart to access which archetype may be beneficial for you to work with.

Hatha yoga offers a good contrast to our busy lives as it provides the opportunity to unwind, stretch, and ease away the tension of your day. Hatha Yoga has been shown to have many calming and well-being benefits.
My classes last 30 minutes and will start with a gentle warm-up then advance to more physical asanas (poses). The class ends with Savasana (the pose of total relaxation). Casses are suitable for beginners. My classes are currently held via Zoom.
You will be connected to a loved one in Spirit. i will provide evidence for you to recognize the disincarnate person, then provide a message if they have one.
