Sessions are based on the area of focus requested by the client.
Your Yoga Therapy session is always highly individualized and responsive to your unique condition. You will be coached in a practice of Embodied Presence - that is, you will be coached to become more internally attuned to your body in its direct experience. You begin to sense your body on a whole new level and this awareness and sensitivity informs the flow of your yoga practice.
This practice of being mindfully aware in direct experience has therapeutic benefits from decreasing stress to empowering personal growth to recovering from trauma, depression, illness and therefor appeals to a wide variety of people

No matter what's missing or not working, your yoga practice will be designed to fit what you can do and to support what is working! Your body may have unique needs, it's YOUR body and you can practice embodied presence, awareness and acceptance. Yoga movements and postures can be modified to fit your body. And you can learn from your experience those techniques that support stress reduction, well-being, pain relief and fitness.
The pineal gland is the light center of the soul DNA. This organ is important for the whole body. It is the center for all the processes, all the fields. So that this organ again produces gold. The pineal gland produces alchemical gold, and with this activation, this is promoted and activated again. The pineal gland can change again, soften, expand and free itself from a lot of things. It is a great protection for the pineal gland, because with us there is a conscious attempt to shrivel this pineal gland, to make it small, such as through chemtrails, through metals, through poisons, so that we no longer have this connection to our divine source, and so that we can no longer produce happiness hormones ourselves.
Our session will begin with a guided relaxation to direct awareness inward to calm and relax the nervous system.
You will then blanket yourself with the healing power of sound therapy. This meditative practice will leave you feeling rejuvenated and more balanced! Different frequency of sound opens certain restorative energy points in our bodies to promote healing.
Overeating and weight loss hypnotherapy will guide you to break the cycle of constantly dieting and feeling restricted. Sessions will help you feel positive and in control, more able to maintain a healthy weight long term. My approach focuses on disordered eating and your relationship with food.
Some clients come specifically to lose weight. However many recognise that it’s comfort eating when stressed, low or bored, that needs to be addressed. Often clients are facing challenges around emotional eating, overeating or binge eating.
From my experience, the vast majority of people do in fact know what healthy eating is. However, it’s portion control or making choices about what, when or how much to eat, which are the real challenges. During sessions for overeating or disordered eating, we address the underlying causes of why it is hard to eat in a balanced way.
Sessions are interactive and involve a number of approaches. These include solution focused weight loss hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), mindfulness based tools and aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
Please note that a block of four or six sessions is recommended.
