Yoga is the only form of exercise which not only works on yojr physical health but it also works on your mental and spiritual health. "Yoga is not workout its workin" read the caption again. Pranayama, shavasana, guided meditation is best practice to help you with mental health. You need to be patient as the result of the practice take little longer and it varies from person to person.
