Hi Demi. I am so happy you ask!

Last week I felt inspired to write down what I was doing differently that had improved my sleep.
I was certain that someone would need it one day.

I created Core Spirit some days ago, this message is the first one I am writing. The moment I read your request I just knew - the inspiration I had received last week was for you.

Here is my answer:

You have to do the opposite of what you’d expect: be excited before going to bed!

This will make you feel energized at first, which seems counterintuitive, but it’s not.

Those high vibes you give will be used as energy to create the sleep you want.

Ultimately you want:

  • Your energies to be disconnected from the day you had
  • To be protected from nightmares
  • To be protected from other low vibes during the night
  • To have a deep, rejuvenating, restful sleep
  • To receive any helpful insights if it’s for your highest good (meaning: any helpful messages during your dreams, or answers that you didn’t get to receive during the day)
  • To receive anything that you may need, but don’t know what it is you should be asking for

These are good guidelines until you feel inspired to customize it yourself.

How does this look like?

With a lot of excitement, you pretend you have invisible assistants who are excited to give to you, protect you and help you have your dream night (yes, pun intended).

Clearly, these invisible assistants are nothing less than your spiritual team.

You talk them through what you want to receive that night by thanking them.

Your gratitude and your excitement shows that you trust that you will receive what you’re asking.

That’s where the sleepiness starts coming in at impressive speed.

Chances are that you fall asleep while still thanking them.

Ideally, you want to end your request just before you fall asleep with the last words: ‘and so it is’.

These last words are your universal signature that you are done with your request, giving the universe a clear sign that it can start its job now: giving you what you asked.

I would love to hear about your experiences with this once you get to test it for some days.

There is more I can share and teach in regards to this, so feel free to reach out with more questions.
